HOLISTIC SLEEP GUIDE
Suitable for newborns - 3 yr olds
*FREE 30 minute phone consultation
This guide is here to help you feel empowered about sleep, so you can navigate it in a way that is supportive and feels comfortable.

I am not here to tell you what you *should* be doing. I’m here to share my knowledge, tools and insights I have learned over the years of not only parenting my three children but working with thousands of families – all with unique parenting styles and children.

Seeking support and advice doesn’t mean you’re failing - there is no rule book for parenting and each parent’s journey is different and so is each child.
This guide will leave you feeling lighter and less stressed about your baby's sleep.
What families say about working with Tracey
Does sleep feel really hard right now? Are you feeling anxious and stressed?
Here are some common reasons parents reach out for our support.
Baby won't sleep in their cot.
This kind of situation can be frustrating and whilst it is normal for babies to want (and need) to be close to their parents when sleeping, we can find a balance between sleeping in arms and sleeping in the cot.
Developmental leaps.
Babies and toddlers go through many developmental leaps throughout their first few years and during these times sleep can become difficult.
Knowing how to support your baby and yourself through these times is beneficial.
Excessive wake ups throughout the night.
Whilst babies and toddlers will wake throughout the night, we don't want them to be waking excessively because this can be exhausting for the whole family.
Knowing how to support their sleep both day and night can ensure you avoid excessive night wakes.
SLEEP & PLACENTA SERVICES
Hello, I'm Tracey
I'm the founder, sleep consultant and placenta encapsulator behind Holistic Sleep Mumma. I'm a mumma to 2 boys with a third baby on the way and am passionate about supporting families when it comes to their children's sleep.
When I first became a mumma, I was thrown into motherhood and felt overwhelmed and frustrated at the lack of support and constant array of conflicting information that was around. This ignited a fire within me and started my journey to study the science behind sleep so I could not only help my own baby but help other families too.
I believe you need to delve deep into everything that impacts sleep, it's not just about self settling or having a routine in place. I have aligned myself with gentle and responsive parenting and this flows through into how I approach sleep with the families I assist.
I am incredibly proud to provide ongoing support (included in Phone and Home Services) to the families that I work with. This means instead of receiving the standard 1/3 weeks of support, you actually receive 1:1 text/email support until your child turns four years of age.
This allows you to be free to work at your own pace and you'll never feel rushed or pushed down a path.
Changing the way we all support our children's sleep is important and I work hard on this as I truly believe we don't need to go down the path of the traditional sleep training methods of Cry-It-Out and Controlled Crying.

Seeking advice doesn’t mean you’re failing, there is no rule book for parenting. Parenthood doesn't need to be exhausting, yes it has its daily challenges but sleep is a biological need and is essential to being happy and healthy. Quality sleep is life changing!
